Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and pain points to provide customized IT service solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of service offerings and capabilities, facilitating effective communication with clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within an IT, MSP, or technical services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with ConnectWise is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of MSP services and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three or more years of experience in a sales role within a Managed Service Provider or IT services firm.
  • Hands-on experience with MSP tools like ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, and IT Glue.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and executing marketing campaigns.
