Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scope and cost proposals for transportation and civil engineering projects.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and budget adherence.
  • Supervise Transportation Construction Inspectors.
  • Ensure construction projects adhere to design, quality control, and client objectives.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide detailed status reports to clients.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project documentation.


Qualifications:

  • A.S. or B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of Transportation Construction Management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Management experience with PennDOT and Construction Inspection projects.
  • Experience with highway, bridge, and other infrastructure projects.
  • PennDOT TCIS-2 or TCM classification.
  • Proven business development skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and project leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, or related organizations.
  • Experience working with CDS NextGen and/or Kahua.
  • NICET Level III and/or a valid PA Professional Engineer License.
