Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual estimates using preliminary design documents and information.
- Support Project Managers in reviewing contractor change proposals, material substitutions, and value engineering solutions.
- Maintain a cost database, leveraging historical project costs for future planning and vendor identification.
- Prepare bid packages, scope contractor bids, and ensure alignment with project specifics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and Local Jurisdictions to integrate project objectives, schedules, and costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an associate degree with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience and 3 years in a supervisory capacity within construction.
- Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
- Experience with RS Means and knowledge of Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Project is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment).
