Key Responsibilities:

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
- Professional Engineer License or equivalent.
- 4-8 years’ experience in civil design.
- Task management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation.
- Expertise in detailed construction cost estimating.
- Strong technical specification writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
Preferred Experience:
- Supervisory experience on project tasks.
- Road/Highway design experience.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars, Engineering Briefs, and Orders.
- Familiarity with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria.
- Project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
